L'organizzazione riconosce e risponde alle esigenze dei parenti dei detenuti, delle famiglie, degli amici e di tutti coloro che sono coinvolti nei rapporti con i detenuti. Afsta\u00f0a incoraggia attivamente tutti i detenuti a impegnarsi in azioni positive e nobili, con l'obiettivo di sostenere la loro speranza e i loro obiettivi tangibili sia durante che dopo la detenzione. L'associazione si impegna a sostenere l'istruzione e a fornire assistenza ai detenuti per quanto possibile.
