Ci\u00f2 avviene in collaborazione con il servizio di libert\u00e0 vigilata locale (UEPE) e con volontari che contattano la famiglia da cui il detenuto uscir\u00e0 al momento della scarcerazione e concordano gli interventi pi\u00f9 adeguati.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c26e985 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c26e985\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Obiettivi di apprendimento<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb47123 class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>The primary task of UEPE is community measures such as assignments for offenders\/special categories, home detention, and semi-liberty.<\/li><li>L' assegnazione all'UEPE \u00e8 un programma di riabilitazione svolto in comunit\u00e0 sotto la supervisione di funzionari di sorveglianza.<\/li><li>Il concetto di semi-libert\u00e0, in cui i detenuti possono trascorrere parte della giornata fuori dal carcere per lavorare, studiare o svolgere altre attivit\u00e0 che contribuiscono al loro reinserimento nella societ\u00e0.<\/li><li>Il ruolo dell'UEPE nell'esecuzione di sanzioni alternative come la semidetenzione e la libert\u00e0 controllata per tenere alcuni autori di reato fuori dal carcere.<\/li><li>I giudici possono sostituire le pene di una certa durata con sanzioni alternative come la semidetenzione, la libert\u00e0 controllata o le ammende.<\/li><li>L'UEPE svolge anche azioni per le persone condannate alla libert\u00e0 controllata, contribuendo alla loro riabilitazione sociale.<\/li><li>L'UEPE non ha alcun ruolo nel processo decisionale dei giudici.<\/li><li>Il UEPE svolge un ruolo di collegamento tra gli istituti penitenziari e la comunit\u00e0, coinvolgendo le famiglie e i servizi sociali.<\/li><li>Gli agenti dell'UEPE osservano e sostengono gli autori di reato, partecipando ai programmi di riabilitazione, lavorando in team multiprofessionali e facilitando i contatti per quanto riguarda le relazioni familiari e il reinserimento nella societ\u00e0.<\/li><li>L'UEPE fornisce un
